One of the most interesting things about being a movie critic is that you are forced to sit through countless hours of awful movies, only begrudgingly giving them their due when they’re good. For example, for years I hated “Heaven’s Gate” but finally came around on it in 2013 because James Cameron made the ending pay off in an unexpected way.
When people watch movies, they often change their opinions about the film’s quality after watching it. This is because of how our brains perceive things like time and emotions through memory.
The “i’m thinking of ending things cast” is a movie that has been around for a while. It was released in 2013 and it’s still being talked about today.
Over the years, several accounts of Kobe Bryant’s brutality have surfaced. He did whatever it needed to win, regardless of who he hurt along the way.
Dwight Howard was one of those players with whom he had a tough connection during their time together on the Los Angeles Lakers, as the two stars never connected. During the same year, Bryant also stunned Howard by admitting his affection for an unexpected film.
Kobe was a major Pitch Perfect fan, according to Howard, and it got the star center hooked on it as well.

Following the Miami Heat’s success with a Big Three the previous two seasons, the Lakers attempted to surround Kobe Bryant with many players in 2012-13.
They already had Pau Gasol and Metta World Peace, but after signing Hall of Fame point guard Steve Nash earlier in the summer, they traded for Orlando Magic superstar Dwight Howard.
However, things did not go as planned.
That year, the Lakers were never able to get rolling. Bryant had a strong season, averaging 27.3 points, 6.0 assists, and 5.6 rebounds, but Howard’s scoring stats dropped (20.6 to 17.1 points per game), and the Lakers opened the season 25-29.
The Lake Show finally turned things around and won the Western Conference’s No. 7 seed, but Bryant’s season was cut short when he sustained an Achilles injury in the season’s 80th game. After the Spurs swept the Lakers in the first round of the playoffs, Howard went for free agency with the Houston Rockets in the summer.
“I attempted to instruct Dwight. In 2015, Bryant told USA Today that he sought to show Howard. “But the reality is that when you have a perception of what it’s like to win a championship — and most perceptions of what it’s like to win are a very outgoing, very gregarious locker room where you pick each other up and you’re friends all the time — it’s a very outgoing, very gregarious locker room where you pick each other up and you’re friends all the time.” That, I believe, was his impression of the concept. However, when he saw the truth, he became uneasy…. I don’t believe he was willing to cope with his uneasy and confrontational personality.”
Dwight was exposed to ‘Pitch Perfect’ by Kobe.
Despite the team’s difficulties that season, Howard had fond memories of his time with Kobe.
“I went to his home after he tore his Achilles to check on him and see how he was doing, and he walked out of the room and said, ‘Ay, Dwight.’ “I just finished watching Pitch Perfect,” Howard said on NBA on ESPN’s Twitter during the 2020 All-Star weekend. “… I said to myself, ‘I know Kobe isn’t watching Pitch Perfect; he’s lying.’ ‘Man, Pitch Perfect is one of my favorite movies,’ he said. ‘That’s insane,’ I thought. I never expected Kobe Bryant to be watching Pitch Perfect in his room.”
As Howard pointed out, that’s a difficult concept to grasp. Pitch Perfect, a film about an a capella singing ensemble, was loved by the guy who tossed away his colleagues’ shoes because they weren’t playing well, who was also an assassin on the court and refused to back down from anybody.
Bryant has even tweeted about the film, claiming that it is his daughter Natalia’s favorite.
But, like Kobe and practically everyone else who has seen movie, Howard has become a fan of Pitch Perfect.
“I began watching the movie after he informed me about it, and I ended up enjoying it and watching it all the time,” Howard continued.
The Lakers don’t have a chance against the Barden Bellas.
Dwight Howard has recently spoken up about his friendship with Kobe Bryant.
Despite the fact that Dwight Howard and Kobe Bryant didn’t get along during their time together on the Lakers, the big man finally spoke up about their relationship after Bryant’s death in 2020.
According to Sports Illustrated, Howard remarked on Instagram Live in 2020, “I know that I entered that season trying to be the greatest version of myself and also the guy.” “You know, I was young at the time, and I simply felt like that.” It was quite difficult for me and Kobe to communicate well. I believe we were just in different mental stages.”
He also stated that they had “moments” and “disagreements.”
“We got into it after I left the team,” he said, according to SI. “And the message is that we despise one another. ‘Kobe and Dwight are trading blows.’ ‘Man, it’s not even like that,’ I say. I was irritated by basketball, but I don’t despise this guy.’
Howard finally paid tribute to his old colleague during the 2020 Slam Dunk Contest, demonstrating his appreciation for him. Despite their past disagreements, it seems that he now has nothing but affection for the NBA legend.
Maybe they simply sat down and bonded over Pitch Perfect and let bygones be bygones at the end of the day. (OK, probably not, but imagining them performing the tunes together is amusing.)
Basketball Reference provided the statistics.

The “movies” is a movie that has been talked about in the news. It was a movie that I ended up liking myself.
